Plenty of produce to be found in today's shopping cart! Bananas, nectarines, spinach, mango, pineapple, more clementines, cucumbers and, of course, strawberries galore! Still had to resist the urge to add more to the cart...a certain husband is -supposed- to help me put the brakes on, regarding such impulses...but he just smiled and said I should get what I want...it is both sweet and infuriating...

As always folks, it's not spoiling when I do it. :P

If you get hungry, cut a banana in half and half again... 1/3? I suck with fractions. Anyways 3 pieces! Have one piece when you get hungry with a glass of water. Might help stave off hunger/cravings. and of course count the cals 👍🏻
