Hi, I just started this app. Still trying to get used to it. Seeing your posts I was wondering if you are celiac/gluten free. Looks like you are off to a good start already on your weight loss. I kept mine private for now until I understand the app better and prove myself consistent, but I'm looking to lose 50 lbs. Your salads look beautiful. I'm hoping to find some more simple but healthy and delicious gluten free recipes. Hope you have a great journey to your goal.

Hey...no I’m not gluten free really...but I follow a Keto diet so I guess I don’t really consume much of it now that I think about it! Good luck on your weight loss!
