9:10am - So far, I have stuck to what I planned to eat. I took the banana off, cause it was rotten in the middle (ewww...) and traded for pistachios. At least I will get some more protein in the day. I also promised myself I wouldnt have any more coffee until I drank 2 16oz cups of water. THATS gonna be rough!
