Okay, was up a smidge this morning, but I weighed in a few hours earlier today then yesterday. Today, I completed 30 minutes of the Biggest Loser 2 workout DVD, the 6 minute Shake Weight exercise DVD, and the 20 minute Ab Jam Turbo Jam DVD.

Grilling out with the neighbors in a little bit before the Duke game, then going walking with them after we eat. Plan to walk at least 30 minutes.

Feeling a little bit better today.
