Going to the gym everyday. Doing between 6000 and 8000 metres rowing, 3-5k on the cycle and light weights for toning.
Gave up smoking on the 7th May and feel incredible!
180.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
