Gaining a little back each day. I am finding that I'm missing the taste of food so I'm nibbling a little more. Going to have to curb that now or it will continue to get out of hand as it has in the past.

The hardest part is doing.
153.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
