I am really chuffed at only putting on 1 lb. I have been on a cruise for two weeks then at home for a week and we did so much walking etc on the cruise that I managed to keep the weight off and I pretty much ate what I liked and that includes pudding etc. Yes I know imagine how much weight I might have lost had I not eaten pudding's but a holiday is not a holiday if you cannot eat what your heart desires.
I went and did a 10 mile walk at the weekend to keep the momentum going and today just completed nearly 45 minutes in the gym. So maybe that 1 lb weight gain will be off by Friday.
