Well, sudden drop after a constant fluctuation between the old lowest weight and 209 lbs. My jeans are loose and my neck and face look thinner. We will see what happens.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
