Strawberry slim fast for lunch, protein bar for breakfast that way my real meal is dinner and I can have fajitas maybe depending on the bf. Either way ima way good but also well!

If you can stand eating that way. It makes meals easy to get together. Slim fast is not the healthiest of the meal replacements, but I used to do it myself when I was working. Just realize that some days you are going to want some bulk so have veggies at the ready. 🙋🏻
