I have not been eating nutritiously since before Christmas. My activity level has not been optimal either. So beginning today I have 12 weeks to loose 20 lbs before going to the beach for vacation.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
