Wow. The last month has been very hard diet-wise. With Mothers day, my sons birthday and just plain being lazy I haven't lost hardly any weight the last few weeks. I feel so terrible. I've had a calorie deficit but I've been eating a lot of bad stuff that I haven't eaten since January. We went to a breakfast buffet yesterday. Never again. I ate bacon and sausage and other very bad things. I was sick all day. No wonder I was so fat and felt so bad. It was a mistake I am never making again. I haven't completly fallen off the wagon the last month but I have been dragging my feet. I've got to start exercising and go back to eating lots of veggies. I still have a chance to hit my goal of being below 215 pounds by my birthday in August. I have got to get my ass in gear.

Don't feel bummed. You maintained your weight throughout a very difficult month. You tried some past favorites, but you didn't return to bad habits. You tried to keep a calorie deficit which balanced out the restaurant food. I don't know what it is, but restaurant food makes me gain weight even if I choose the healthy options. So, you actually did really good! You didn't fall off the wagon at all. I'm dealing with some of the same issues, so how about we take the reigns of the wagon and drive it back on track?
