Consumed so far today: Breakfast: 2 servings of Mexican Coleslaw = 100 calories Almond pancakes x5 + tbsp of strawberry jam and maple = 500 cals Brunch: banana = 90 Lunch: Roasted sweet potato = 150 calories Snacks: 9 large green olives = 100 cals 1 small chocolate cigar = 60 Dinner: Roasted asparagus with tahini = 400 1 glass of natural pineapple juice = 100
