Sorry I've been gone for the past week and a bit. I have been struggling with binge eating and have completely lost control of myself. It was the worst week I've ever had. On one of the days I ate an entire box of Nutrigrain and not the small boxes but the big 805gram ones and that wasn't even it for the day. I am doing okay now. I have regained control over my eating and today I did about 20minutes of jump roping which I am extremely proud of. I have found that I absolutely love jump roping. It is just such a simple and basic yet high calorie burning exercise. I hope I can keep this up!
