So i kinda fell of the wagon and ate really craply since i got back in england and i know i put like 3 kg back on so im not weighing myself and getting down i went out and bought loads of fresh fruit and veg and rice and pasta so im going to eat super healthily :) going to weigh myself again in a week from now :) see how it is then :) plus gna try and swim lots well as much as i can afford.
