Skipped breakfast, because I wasn't hungry. Lunch consisted of a grill cheese sandwich made with Seedtastic bread, 2 slices of American cheese, 2 slices of bacon and half of a beefsteak tomato. 428 calories. In hindsight, it would have tasted just as delicious with one slice of cheese. I added it for a calorie boost since I didn't eat earlier. I try to stay consistent with how often I eat due to frequent bouts of hypoglycemia, however, I felt pretty good today so, no worse for wear.
