Thanks! Not yet but almost....my wife keeps on saying "sjoe my engel jy raak maer". I keep on thinking, it's not enough. BMI calculators still say I'm obese and I will only achieve the overweight award at 93kg(lol I mean really I don't even have that much fat left, how am I still obese??) I need to weigh 78kg to be "normal" and I don't think I will be happy looking like a skeleton. I think there is a delusion about being "normal" and it has an adverse psychological effect on people and you see this in the teenagers nowadays. Obsessed to be skin and bone. My goal then is to be overweight...(and to listen to my wife (hope she reads this haha).

I agree with you. I am suppose to weigh like 55kg, but I decided that I will stop at 65kg, screw what that bmi calculator thinks. The need to feel healthy is more important.

I'm also going to stop at 65, but I am now addicted to exercise so I won't stop that and it will just make me look better and better, I'm in a size 14 now and I want to be in a 10, but what I want and what will look right is two different things..

I'm not sure how I will transition into eating to maintain my weight, I'm so used to eating to lose that every time I indulge I feel uncomfortable. So when I achieve my goal weight, I'm not quite sure what to do. Miskien dan die vet eet van my varktjoppie of steak.....ooooh ek sien uit. lol.

Hi Etienne, because I do IF I'm planning to stop that and just ad a healthy dinner to my day to maintain, I think it will be trial and error in the beginning.

Pilatesfanatic....I'm not sure how to change my macros....I haven't played around with that really....well I don't think I did. I also think it's alot easier to run FS with a computer. I really only use my app on my phone to update my food diary and to look at the news feed to see what my FS friends have been up to.

Wilfred hang af seker hoe lank jy is en hoe vinnig jou metabolisme is. Toe ek op 114kg was het ek gemik vir nie meer as 1100 GESONDE calories 'n dag nie en het nooit na 5 in die middag get eet nie...behalwe as ek uitgaan saam mense. Probeer om bietjie aktief te wees. Ek vind dat om aktief te wees jou eintlik baie meer help met metabolisme. Dink die belangrikste is om nie so erg oor dit te worry nie, dit sal afkom. Dis asof mens te veel worry oor om gewig te verloor en dan gebeur dit nie. As jy relaxed is, snaaks genoeg dan verloor jy.
