I have been eating a lot less junk food and a lot more lean meats and veggies. still need to work on sugar intake but this is some great progress!!
158.6 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.2 lb a week
