Wow, I thought I was doing really well with feeling good, but today I woke up and feel terrible! No energy, a screaming headache, depressed and achy. Is this the "Keto flu"? I read somewhere that is supposed to be gone in a week or two. To be fair, I've been feeling terrific until today, so maybe I'm just a slow starter. I think this is where being 73 slows down everything. But I made myself get up, drink some water and came on line. After reading a dozen posts, I felt better and realize this is just HARD for all of us. As me granny used to say "just keep moving child" when I asked her how she dealt with arthritis!
268.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
