Having a bad time with sugar. Having a hard time setting fasting hours because I switch from real human to vampire hours. In human hours I eat between 6am and 3pm. On Vamp hours I seem to eat at 8pm 2am and again around noon. (Unless I make a keto snack plate and leave it in the fridge and hit it when I walk by) Then i simply don't eat till noon. It seems hard to figure out activity hours as mine are off schedule and don't really fit the profile. I will get this handled. I will get this figured out. I will not buy bigger clothing. I will re-loose this weight... I have to.... Or I won't get into my corset for renn-faire. So if I get my Viking dress done I will have a different costume for each weekend. Pirate weekend included! ARRRR!
