Trying something new. I watch episodes of "My 600 lb Life" to get motivated to stick with healthy eating. somedays, I do really well and others ... not so much.

i was doing the same as well as watching my big fat fabulous life but the shows triggered me to eat. and eat poorly so now I stay away from shows that talk a lot about food. hope its helping you tho!
