Proud of myself.... spent the day at a party. Didn't eat any grains or junk food (even cake). But, I over ate on protein. Still learning the do's and dont's.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 February 2018:
1015 kcal Fat: 63.05g | Prot: 87.49g | Carb: 14.48g.   Breakfast: Spinach, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese. Lunch: Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Deli Sliced Ham, Garden Cuts Green Leaf Lettuce, Swiss Cheese, American Cheese. Dinner: Specially Selected Applewood Bacon, Great Value Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Sour Cream, Meijer Chili Lime Pork Rinds, Belle Sole Castelvetrano Pitted Sicilian Green Olives, Gaea Pitted Kalamata Olives, Lifesavers Sugar Free Pep-O-Mint Mints. more...

Of all the things you could overeat on, protein certainly isn’t the worst. When you’re putting your body thru strenuous exercise, it needs protein to rebuild muscle fibers. Also when trying to lose weight, protein is important to make sure you aren’t losing too much muscle mass
