Well I have gestational diabetes and am wondering if anyone had any tips for 30 weeks pregnant and cravings for sweets. Buying everything low sugar is expensive but I have found some good yogurt and cottage cheese. I do the protein packs and tuna but come 3 I have a crazy craving for sweets. Any help would be great.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Get yourself some redo-whip both chocolate and regular put a serving of chocolate in a dessert bowl and stick in the freezer, when you get a craving pull it out and spray a serving of regular on top and enjoy it has 2 carbs and taste like ice cream
