Today, I cannot record my meals because I ate out twice, one in an Indian restaurant and once, I had a hamburger without cheese at Wendys. I have no idea the names of the foods at the Indian restaurant. Mostly, it was chicken, fish and vegetables. There was rice pudding for dessert, of which I had one cup. I assume the plate was around 800 calories and the pudding, another 300 at least. The hamburger was 580 calories. If all this the accurate, my calories would have exceeded the limit a little bit.

Still, I am controlling portions because, in the past, I would have returned to the Indian buffet for another plate, had more than one cup of the pudding and maybe had fries with the hamburger.

We'll see what the scale reveals tomorrow!
149.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
