Good morning. Open faced turkey sausage, egg and mozzerella cheese sammies...snuck in my 12 grain bread slathered in butter and avocado salsa. So sinful carbs are to me, im so weak lol

It was ery good, thanks. So used to intermittent fasting I was only able to finish half of everything so I'm running on about 300 calories lol I'll finish after the gym.
