Well, I've tried, but failed to follow my Keto on our house hunting trips (we made 2). Most times it was okay, but when the only thing open is Thai restaurant and your not really hungry, I end up with appetizers. However, I managed to loose a pound! So, I wasn't that bad I guess. Now the hard part begins, packing the house and getting it sold. Between trying to arrange stuff with the new house, trying to arrange stuff with this house and Mom's breathing issues I'm about to loose my mind. I have not managed to find the energy to record my food, but am definitely going to try better. We're going to a smaller house so we will downsize a lot. As a side note, for those who followed me, the dreaded bicycle goes! The house is on the side of a very large hill and I'll NEVER try going down it or UP it. :-) Hubby says he'll get me a stationary one if I miss it too much, think I'll pass.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yay! On the house! Sounds like exciting times ahead! LOL A recumbent bike is a great thing and wannabehealthy has a great setup with his bike hooked into his computer doing virtual rides with a system called zwift. Makes me jealous when he posts! LOL 🙋🏻Good going on the house and have fun with this next step in your retirement adventure!
