Yessss!!! I have it set on moderate activity, this is my 2nd day and I smashed today’s goals (that exercise one was a struggle lol, no matter how much I walked today I couldn’t get my heart rate up enough to log those minutes).

Tomorrow is going to be harder, I have cookie booths with my kiddo for 4 hours.

Cookie booth, that's a tough one..try to sample and not binge.If you pass that test you'll be alot stronger down the road!

No cookies are opened during cookie booth! Thankfully I’ve had some self control this season and limit myself to 1 serving a day, sometimes not even that 😊
