The end of another 3 day cycle. Not finding this too hard. The problem will be when I hit target weight and start slacking off. I'll have to set a trigger weight to get back on the diet, or perhaps do a 'two day diet' kind of thing where for a couple days a week I eat light. Watching the weight drop on the 3 day cycle then go back up on the off days, you get a good idea of how different foods and portion sizes affect gain/loss.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
