Hi Marco1027. I am saying this out of concern and caring so I hope you take it that way - you say Snack Time, but if this is the bulk of what you're eating in a day you are really harming your metabolism. You're probably eating less than a contestant on Survivor would and it's not healthy at all in my humble opinion.

Hi Nikina70, I'm not offended at all. I get what you are saying and I do take such comments to heart my Trainer was telling the same thing. I am just not a big eater, I've never been, but I am trying to eat more... By the way I love the Survivor comment; so witty and hilarious.

Lol! Glad you are aware of it! I understand - some people are just not big eaters. Hope you can find a good middle ground - maybe find a vegetable you just LOVE. All the best on your journey!
