Bummed out that I gained so much in one week. Trying to figure it out. I exercised a lot over the weekend and a little yesterday, after not doing a lot. Or maybe it's that time of month; in the two weeks before Aunt Flo arrives I often gain. I believe I've been pretty darn accurate with calorie counting as well. I will need to stay focused on the big picture, and that is, an overall downward trend even though it does go up sometimes.
