While actively losing weight, I also like to weigh daily. Better overall picture, weekly averages, fluctuations due to higher carb or salt intake etc. But I take measurements as well!

I weigh about once a week. In the evening at gym. I dont have a scale at home and am happy that this is a good way to track long term trends. Daily fluctuations don't really mean much. (Note I'm pregnant atm and NOT trying to lose weight hence my red status. I'm here to track food intake and moderate blood sugar levels. But do the same re weigh ins when not pregnant)

I do the same as leksie. I weigh everyday and I take my Thursday morning weight as my official weight to compare with the previous Thursday morning weight.

I also weigh myself every day as part of my morning routine. To me, it's more of a motivational tool. Weight off motivates me to keep going and increases motivate me to try harder and re-think my food choices. I capture almost every day too to identify trends and triggers.
