Italian meatloaf. Brussels sprouts with juniper, sage & garlic. string beans with bacon and vinegar. Over did the calories today Heavy on the carbs but still more fat than anything. I have to watch that eating without thinking first thing. Forgot I had that flan earlier. O.K. SO that's not true I knew damned well I had that flan and I had a second anyway I ignored the little diet voice.
