3 lbs lighter. yay! i was tempted to order something at chipotle today but decided to eat something healthier at home instead. I'm glad I had the will power to pass it up. also was offered to be treated to ice cream today but I kindly turned it down. I'm so proud of myself and my new found will power!

180.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
