Totally off the wagon. Eating all types of junk and loving it, but also paying the price. As soon as the summer cardio kicked in I had to start eating carbs to fuel back up after workouts and that's where everything went down hill. Carbs are addictive and I am obviously weak. Not sure how to manage this but check back and see how I do.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
