Love cottage cheese and fruit. Love bacon too! Have you heard that weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. It is true. I see so many people at the Y everyday pounding out the exercise but over the last couple of years their body composition doesn't appear to change. I wish I could help them more. Best of success!!!

So true! I also see people just working out like crazy but they don’t alter how or what they eat and then wonder why they aren’t losing weight and I am. It’s crazy.

Exactly AmyTriplet! I was one of those people who thought working out was enough. Not until I cut back on daily calorie intake, did I begin to lose weight.

When I went to have carpal tunnel surgery they weighed me at 346. It was the turning point for me. I'm tired all the time. I have asthma and I'm allergic to the sun. I'm on the high side of normal on my sugar levels. I have pac, and pvc. And the beginning of neuropathy. I have impingment in my shoulder, a weak ankle, little core strength, and my right knee is having issues. I figure if I'm gonna do therapy, I'm gonna take it all the way! My boys bought me an exercise bike, cause I've been looking for one. I'm just done feeling bad all the time. I'm 42 and I'm gonna get my health and my weight under control!

tweetledee, I just saw a YouTube last night, a Dr. Berg. The doctor mentioned when our body's ph level is off, it effects neuropathy. The acid reflux cure in it is enough for me to jump on board. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XeHl5Y7m1xM&feature=youtu.be
