I feel awesome today! Followed the FODMAP diet perfectly yesterday and upon weighing myself today I am down 5lbs! That is in 1 week, so I know it is mostly water weight, but still! It's going in the right direction for the first time in a LONG TIME!!

PLUS: my stomach is calm and it not trying to kill me today!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
