My first day Meal plan:

Breakfast

2 Melba Toasts 40
56 Gams of Ham 60
Soy milk with cofee 100

Snack

1 orange 70

Lunch
Lentil soup from Whole foods 290

Snack
Strawberries 50

Dinner
Wheat bread 100
Hamburger meat 100 grams 190
Avocado 90
Lettece 25
Tomatoes 30

Snack
Lite Hot cocoa with soy milk 55

Lots of water
Total calories 1,100 calories
