OK . . . today I start out a renewed journey of weight lose. I did well for about 3 years and in the past 2 years I have gained back around 35 - 40 pounds. I am still wearing size 36 pants in some styles but went back up to a 38 waist in jeans . . . my XL shirts are a thing of the past I am currently wearing XXL. I started a fasting challenge and I am waiting for a 9 week challenge to start on 3/9/18. I am working on a challenge that was on here around 4 or 5 years ago called the biggest loser . . . it was great . . . I downloaded the mini challenges and I am going to go through them again. So here we go.
