it appears that I hit a plateau. let's hope it breaks soon
269.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 110.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried any form of fasting? i.e my trusty plateau-breaker is the egg-fast. I'm not a big fan of eggs but it gets the (breaking)job done
