Another 30 minute run tonight, still a little sore from yesterday. Got my ketone salts today. Didn't follow the directions properly and got diarrhea, lol. Took the recommended starting dose of 1/3 of a scoop and felt perfectly fine. Ketostix still dark. 👌

No hypoglycemic effects tonight, I loaded up on about 80 grams of carbs before running and still tested positive for ketones, ran pretty comfortably.

and you wont kick your self out of keto to up to 150 grams of crabs give or take everyonea body is different, but tips, eat your cabs after your workout. when you workout you deplete your muscles glycogen and amino acid storage. so eating your carbs after the workout your putting the glycogen back as muclese glycogen. eating before your just addin to the bank. i would also keep crabs at 40 to loose, above 40 ish your doing more a cyclical keto is better for bulking :)... hope this help keep up the good work

My macros are at 3% carbs, 77% fats and 20% proteins for today, outside of my carbs for the run, lol. I think I am averaging about half a pound per day which I am feeling pretty comfortable with. The water weight may actually be sticking, contrary to my earlier post, due to the fact I am also taking electrolyte capsules along with the electrolyte supplements within the exogenous ketone powder I'm consuming. Am going to order some other stuff like L-Glutimane and Creatine when my paycheck comes in to see if I can maximize things even further.

Thank you for the help eckhart, I haven't done keto while running before and was just experimenting to see how I can avoid the hypoglycemia from yesterday. Didn't know it's best to do it after. I will try that piece of advice after tomorrow's run.

Sounds like you have a good set up dont stress the supplements so much, they can some time work against you because at the time when you take your readings you might be over producing ketones. Don't over eat protein also a big pit fall people fall on the body will start to use the exes protein as sugar in a process calles gluccogenesis. If your expericing hypoglycemia your not on full keto yet, back off the supplements a bit. Try to go more natural into the keto also while in keto the body doesn't retain salt the water wont stick at all. :)
