Started on January 10, today February 10 my goal was 10 pounds I lost 9. I’m very happy even though I lost more inches the scale just didn’t like me. Overall I’m happy 😃
184.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
