I've had set backs over the past couple of months with my back some sort of abdominal problem..everytime I pick up my exercising I seem to get an ailment...I must stick closely to any diet plan since using up extra calories is not going to happen right now..
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
