What a week! I have been riding my bike ALOT and doing pilates at least 6 x's a week! I have been struggling just to get off a pound in the last 2 months, but my hard work is pushing through it now! thank god......i was gonna give up!
236.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 96.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Recovery Diet   losing 0.6 lb a week


Glad to see you are back! I was wondering about you.
