so far, I've been pretty good on the not gaining weight part...I just have to work on the losing weight part now. I've been running for a couple of miles for the past few days. I can already tell that I feel better and I am making changes for the better. It really relaxes me and gives me confidence. I really hope running will help my weight problems as well.
