Too much junk food as usual but no booze for 2 days. I expect the weight to start going down if the exercise remains the same & I can curb my sweet tooth!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
