I'mmm baaaaacccckkkkkk.LOL This weight loss thing can be so frustrating. Some times I am doing great! Cooking, going to the gym, getting my water in... other times, lets just say NOT so much. Mind, Body and Soul I have to tell myself they are all interconnected and when I excercise and eat well it helps to balance everything out. It seems so logical, why can't I continue on the right path????? I haven't gotten on the scale yet only because I know I totally negated my progress and am pretty much starting at square one again. I guess it's all good because at least I know where square one is. LOL

So with that said we are aiming to get back on track once again, so I did make it to the gym on Tuesday and Thursday and I did 6 miles around the park on Saturday 3/20. Whoo hooo.

Mind body and Soul Let's get this thing together !!!! Whoo hooo!
