Out of town to Mpls this weekend for Van Halen concert. Hard to eat well when on the road, but I'm still being very conscious of what I eat. We ate at Don Pardo's Saturday night, and fortunately, the total calories were listed next to each entree, so I chose wisely. At Spezia, the Italian restaurant, I stayed away from cream sauce and went with red, thinking that would be less calories. Probably way more than I needed, but better.
