Been a while since i have used this app. I have fallen off my 4-5/wk day boxing class routine down to about 2 on average. I have managed to keep my weight stable around 280 (+/- 2 lbs), but need to get back to losing. I have been putting in more days at the gym again as of this week, and am finally getting around to the idea of keto. I am not looking forward to giving up all the carbs I enjoy, but I am looking forward to seeing the scale numbers go lower!
