Averaging about 4.5 miles walked a shift, excluding some rare nights when I am scheduled for different duties and clock about double that. Other than that, no real change from the months I was plateaued at higher weight, except it is much colder now. Not keto, but definitely still low carb. Surprised and happy to be losing weight, as this is one of the times of year I traditionally gain weight.
