It's been slow going, but it's going. I'm sure I won't be able to hit my mark by July 15, but by Sept 27, I'm sure to be wearing my skinny jeans, well before long pants weather.
I'm lifting weights now, taking it slow, but the real strength training has begun. I've also discovered 5-Hour Energy and Muscle Milk Light (yum!!!) I'll also be eating a bit more fish and trying to fit in more salads and broccoli. So maybe it will go a little faster now.
I also discovered the french toast at Metro 29--Best Food Ever!
