For those living in the South know our weather has been CRAZY! From going to freezing temperatures to summer temperatures then to stormy days, it has been difficult to get the exercise in I enjoy doing. FINALLY, yesterday was perfect! It was so perfect my 8 yr old son joined me on my walk/run through our town! It was a wonderful way to bond with my son & get him on a healthy exercise routine. I pray he wants to continue to walk & run with me. I enjoyed his company!😊
